GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS

To register for the Conference, please complete online Registration for Active participants - Poster, Active participants - Presentation or Passive participants.

REGISTRATION “ACTIVE PARTICIPANTS”

Presenting authors: Participants, presenting their papers during the conference work, should register as Active participants and will be certified as presenting authors. They should retype their names in a separate line in the abstract body to demarcate their status. (See Abstract Guide).

Authors: Authors who are not presenting but have contributed towards the scientific work, can also register as Active participants and will be certified as authors. They should write only the title of the abstract.

Each work should have only 1 presenting author.

 

One person can present only once in each section.

REGISTRATION “PASSIVE PARTICIPANTS”

Participants, who will not present any paper during the conference work, but want to take part in the event, will be registered as passive participants. They should submit the registration form for the passive participants. Passive participants can attend all lectures, seminars and scientific sessions.

Passive participants will receive a Certificate for passive participant.

PRESENTATION REQUIREMENTS 

POSTERS

We implemented the system of electronic posters. The posters should be in PPT file format with widescreen (landscape) orientation (16:9); custom slide size: 120/90; graphic resolution – minimum 300 dpi.

The posters will be displayed during the whole conference at the lobby of the Telecommunication Endoscopic Center (TELEC). During the Poster Sessions the participants will have 2 minutes to briefly present their poster and answer questions from the jure and audience in Galen Hall of TELEC.

PRESENTATIONS

Participants who take part with an oral presentation are required to bring their presentation at the registration desk when they register. During the scientific sessions participants will have exactly 8 minutes to present and 2 minutes to answer questions from the chairmen and the audience. A timer will be set up and show the remaining time for presentation. After the 8 minutes are over the presenting author will be interrupted.
