Payment at the registration desk will include registration fee according to the categories of conference work.

REGISTRATION AND INFORMATION DESK
The Registration Desk will be located at the University Telecommunication Endoscopic Centre (TELEC), Medical University, Pleven.
In order to register, please bring along your passport and registration fee or a document of bank transfer if you have paid earlier.
BADGE
All participants will receive a name badge. The badge gives access to all Conference activities and should be worn during the whole conference.

CLIMATE AND CLOTHING
Pleven is a city with a continental climate. The weather is usually mild and sunny at the middle of October. There might be an occasional rain, and it is therefore advisable to bring a jacket, a sweater and an umbrella along with you.
CURRENCY/CREDIT CARDS/BANKING
The official currency of Bulgaria is Bulgarian Lev (BGN), which is subdivided into 100 Stotinki. Exchange offices are easily available throughout the city.

VISA

ELECTRICITY
Bulgaria uses a 220V/50Hz system, sockets have the European standard.
HEALTH CARE
Vaccinations are not required to enter Bulgaria. An individual travel and health insurance is recommended.
INSURANCE
Participants are advised to arrange adequate cover for travel and health insurance before departing from their home country. The organisers can accept no liability for personal injuries or for loss or damage to property belonging to Conference participants, either during or as a result of the event.
TIME ZONE
Bulgaria is on Eastern European Time – GMT + 2 hours. From April to October is Eastern European Summer Time – GMT + 3 hours.
