Dr. Miroslav Lazarov, PhD, is a veterinarian, researcher, and author with over 30 years of professional experience. He earned his doctoral degree through research at the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences. Much of his scholarly and editorial work is dedicated to the history of Bulgarian veterinary medicine and the preservation of its professional heritage. He is the author of the With Scalpel and Pen column in Veterinary Practice magazine and co-author of biographical publications highlighting distinguished veterinary professionals.
